An amazing array of ever changing doughnut toppings all freshly dipped on demand (at least at the Mercat), and can now be found at various cafes throughout Melbourne. How does Rhubarb ginger and Persian floss sound? Or something more decadent like the creamed banana heilalavanilla icing dusted w/ house made chocolate brownie crumbs?
