Quick Thoughts: When in doubt, go for the fish. That I did at this cute little spot hidden away on Johnston Street. The tacos were excellent in flavour, with the large range of salsas the perfect accompaniment, along with the Chilaquiles which, while soggy, were extremely tasty.
While $12 for three tacos seems like quite good value, they were unfortunately, mini tacos, and ultimately, were not filling enough. So look to spend a bit more if you want a full meal, however, I do think it was designed to be more of a share plate style restaurant; the menu simply didn’t quite convey this idea. Also, I think their food perfectly compliments their drinks menu, so make it an outing when you visit La Condesa!
