Quick Thoughts: Who needs gas anyways! Taking a creative and grassroots approach to food, Jason Jones, owner of B’Stilla and Mamasita, didn’t take no for an answer when he was told that there would be no gas at his venue until a number of months (now been rectified for less than a week). Look, the low down here is that the food is pretty darn great, and of great value, and I think tonight’s the last night for Waiting for Gas at the time of writing! I’ll probably do a redux of B’Stilla Cantina once it opens, so look at for that and get to Waiting for Gas now!
